Elevate Aviation provides independent aviation testing, checking, assessment and specialist training services. The availability and regulatory basis of each service are explained on the relevant service page or during the enquiry and booking process.

The Elevate Aviation logo, aircraft symbol, artwork and other branding are separate from the registered word trade mark. They are owned by or licensed to Elevate Aviation and may also be protected by copyright, unregistered trade mark rights and other applicable laws.
Except as permitted by law, the Elevate Aviation name, logo, aircraft symbol and associated branding must not be copied, reproduced, modified or used in connection with another business, product or service without prior written permission.
Nothing on this website grants a licence or right to use the Elevate Aviation name, registered trade mark, business name, logo, aircraft symbol or other branding.
Other names, logos and trade marks displayed on this website remain the property of their respective owners.
8. COURSE AND ASSESSMENT MATERIAL
Course, training and assessment materials supplied by Elevate Aviation are for the personal use of the person for whom they were provided.
Unless written permission is provided, these materials must not be:

• Copied for use by another training provider
• Used to create competing training or assessment material

You retain ownership of original content you provide to us.
Submitting an enquiry or sending documents does not give Elevate Aviation permission to publish them.
If you provide a testimonial, review, photograph or other material, you grant Elevate Aviation permission to reproduce and display that material.
