• Details of your flight training organisation, operator or employer

Where relevant to aviation safety or regulatory eligibility, we may also receive limited information relating to your medical status or aviation medical certification. We will only collect this information where it is reasonably necessary for the service being provided.
Please do not send information we have not requested, such as your Tax File Number or complete financial account details.

7. OVERSEAS SERVICES AND DISCLOSURES
Some Elevate Aviation services may involve candidates, examiners, simulator centres or aviation organisations located outside Australia.
When you request an overseas service, such as completing part of a CASA Instrument Proficiency Check overseas, relevant personal information may be exchanged with:
• Your nominated overseas examiner
• An overseas simulator centre
• The relevant aviation authority
• CASA
• Other organisations involved in completing the requested service
The country involved will normally be determined by your location and the examiner or simulator centre you select.
Some technology providers used to operate our website, email, cloud storage, payment processing and video meetings may store or process information outside Australia. These locations may include the United States and other countries in which those providers operate.
While we take reasonable steps to use reputable service providers, privacy protections in another country may differ from those in Australia.
8. WEBSITE INFORMATION AND COOKIES
Our website is hosted using GoDaddy services. GoDaddy and other website-service providers may automatically collect technical information when you visit the website, including:

• Approximate location
• Pages viewed
• Date and time of your visit

• Interactions with website features

Your payment provider may collect financial information directly from you. Elevate Aviation does not normally receive or store your complete credit-card or bank-account details.

10. DIRECT MARKETING
We may occasionally contact you about Elevate Aviation services that are relevant to your previous enquiry or service, where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law.
You can ask us to stop sending marketing communications at any time by replying to the communication or emailing info@elevateaviation.com.au.
Administrative messages concerning an existing booking, assessment, payment or regulatory requirement are not marketing communications.
11. PHOTOGRAPHS, TESTIMONIALS AND FEEDBACK
We may publish your name, photograph, testimonial or identifying feedback for promotional purposes without your written permission.
You may request to withdraw it for future use by contacting us. Withdrawal will not necessarily affect material already lawfully published or printed before your request was received, although we will take reasonable steps to remove online material under our control.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Information may be stored in secure email accounts, cloud-storage systems, business records and aviation assessment systems. Access is limited to people who reasonably require the information to provide or administer the relevant service.
Documents containing identity or aviation information should be sent only through the communication method requested by Elevate Aviation.
No internet transmission or electronic-storage system is completely secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted electronically.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably required to:
• Provide the requested service
• Maintain appropriate aviation training and assessment records
